The Gailmard optometric practice was established on Ridge Road in Munster in 1976 with the mission of providing state of the art eye health care in a caring and friendly environment. The practice grew
from that first office of 750 square feet with 1 employee to the present facility, which is over 10,000 square feet; employing 30 eye care professionals. Gailmard Eye & Laser Center is now one
of the largest and most successful optometric practices nationwide. Drs. Neil and Susan Gailmard attribute the phenomenal growth of the practice to a constant focus on outstanding customer service, resulting in
happy patients and strong word of mouth referrals.
