Managed Care and Insurance GELC is a participating provider for Medicare and for several major vision plans. Please call our office to determine if your plan is accepted. If we do not accept your plan, it is very likely that you can submit your own claim for vision care or medical treatment to your insurance company and you will be reimbursed for covered services. (219) 836-1738 for appointments with doctors. We have 24-hour coverage for medical emergencies by electronic pagers. No appointment is needed for selecting or fitting eyeglasses. Outside eyeglass prescriptions are
welcome. We do not charge for adjustments and repairs to eyeglasses (unless special parts are needed). Visa, MasterCard and Discover are accepted |
